保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Among the proteins mediating metastasis are serine prote-ases, such as neutrophil elastase.SCCA is transcribed by two nearly identical genes (SCCA1 and SCCA2), and is mainly produced as SCCA1. The human SCCA1 gene encodes a 390 amino acid protein that was originally isolated from a metastatic cervical squamous cell carcinoma.

Function : May act as a protease inhibitor to modulate the host immune response against tumor cells.

Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm. Seems to also be secreted in plasma by cancerous cells but at a low level.

Tissue Specificity : Squamous cells. Expressed in some hepatocellular carcinoma (at protein level).

Similarity : Belongs to the serpin family. Ov-serpin subfamily.
